Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 27, 2026

LogiFrame LLC ("LogiFrame," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit logiframegroup.org (the "Site") or use our platform and related services (the "Services"). By using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account & contact details — name, work email, company, phone number, and role when you create an account, request a demo, or contact us.
  • Billing information — billing contact and plan details. Payment card data is processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications — messages, support requests, and feedback you send us.
  • Customer content — data, prompts, documents, and configurations you submit to the Services, processed on your behalf as described in your customer agreement.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — pages viewed, features used, and interaction timestamps.
  • Device & log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services;
  • Create and manage accounts and process transactions;
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
  • Send administrative, security, and (where permitted) marketing communications;
  • Monitor usage, detect abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the Services;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not use customer content to train shared or foundation models without your explicit instruction.

3. Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the bases of performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our Services, your consent (which you may withdraw), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers — vendors who perform services for us (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Legal & safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LogiFrame, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
  • With your direction — to third-party integrations you choose to connect.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Customer content is retained according to your account settings and agreement, and deleted or returned upon termination as described therein.

6. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and continuous monitoring. Our security program is independently audited under SOC 2 Type II. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States and may process information in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers. Enterprise customers may select regional data residency.

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and certain other states may have additional rights, including to know what personal information we collect and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" (we do neither). To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@logiframegroup.org. We will respond consistent with applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites; please review their privacy policies.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
